Modern interchangeable lens cameras are compatible with this mount via adapters; and some older devices, originally equipped with a T-mount, can be installed without additional adapters. Anyway, if you plan to seriously engage in astrophotography, then the best choice, most likely, will be a telescope with a camera mount. An alternative option is models with an adapter for a smartphone; however, smartphones, even with advanced cameras, are still inferior to full-fledged cameras in terms of picture quality.
