In the spring of 2021, Acer introduced a new line of Enduro armor-piercing laptops, which, according to the manufacturer, were created for users leading an active lifestyle. All representatives of this series undergo extreme tests for shock resistance, vibration resistance, keyboard performance, loop endurance, cooler reliability, etc.

After that, the average Acer Enduro laptop is deservedly awarded the MIL-STD 810H army quality certificate, which officially confirms that its case is able to withstand prolonged exposure to high and low temperatures, dust and moisture, as well as falling from a low height.

However, you won't surprise anyone with such a certificate now, so Acer engineers have additionally worked on Enduro cases, equipping the corners with shock-absorbing bumpers, and the I/O ports with special plugs. The built-in speakers and keyboard are protected from water ingress, and the cooling system is equipped with drainage holes for quick removal of moisture accidentally trapped in the case. This is a unique development of Acer, which was given the name Aquafan.

The equipment of Enduro models looks more than adequate by the standards of 2021 and gives no reason to regret the lack of something vital. The invariable attributes of these armored laptops are a fast SSD drive, a moderately performant and energy-efficient Core i5 processor, optional USB Type C ports with Thunderbolt and new generation wireless adapters. In the role of displays, medium-level IPS matrices are most often used, after all, the quality of colour reproduction for such laptops has never been a priority.
