Responsible for performance quad-core processor with a frequency of 1.5 GHz.
One of the performant models of wireless routers (routers) of the Wi-Fi 6 standard with support for strong traffic encryption and advanced security protocols, including WPA3. Refers to the products of the 2020 model year, is a powerful dual-band home Wi-Fi router of the AX1800 class. In addition to multi-room apartments, it can be used in small private houses and small offices.
It is positioned as a high-end product designed to build high-speed wireless and cable networks with low latency and impressively high data transfer rates. To organize an incoming connection to the provider's network, the TP-LINK Archer AX20 router is equipped with a Gigabit Ethernet WAN port (up to 1 Gbps). Four more LAN ports of the same standard make it possible to combine up to four Ethernet devices (PC, Smart TV, multimedia player, NAS, etc.) into a local network.
The heart of the router is a 4-core Broadcom processor (1.5 GHz), which supports the Broadcom solution. It supports OFDMA technology, 1024-QAM modulation and Beamforming technology, which directs the signal to specific client devices without "spraying" it throughout the available space. The theoretical throughput is up to 574 Mbps in the 2.4 GHz band and up to 1201 Mbps when using a 5 GHz carrier frequency. The router supports Firewall, NAT, DHCP, FTP and file server functions.
