A fast and feature-packed AC1200 class dual-band wireless router that fully supports the Wi-Fi 5 (802.11b/g/n/ac) standard and is equipped with four external antennas to create an extensive and top-quality coverage. It is positioned as a model of the middle price category, designed to create a high-speed Wi-Fi infrastructure in a 1-3 room apartment, a small detached house or a small office (3-4 stationary PCs).
The high-speed Gigabit Ethernet LAN WAN port can realize the potential of gigabit connection to the ISP network. The USB 2.0 port allows you to connect external drives and 3G/4G (LTE) USB modems. In addition to the functions of a router, the TP-LINK Archer C6U wireless router can play the role of an access point, multimedia and FTP server. Thanks to the MediaTek MT7621DAT dual-core processor and support for MU-MIMO 2x2 technology, a high theoretical data transfer rate is claimed.
In the 2.4 GHz band, it reaches 300 Mbps, at 5 GHz — up to 867 Mbps. This performance is enough for any typical home / office tasks, including watching IPTV broadcasts and high-quality streaming video, web and cloud services, IP telephony, video conferencing and comfortable network gaming. Beamforming technology and four external antennas provide significant signal amplification, which has a positive effect on the area and quality of coverage.

The router is very good. The settings are clear. Works without plugs.
But here with the characteristics of some kind of beard. I bought this router with the expectation of connecting a 4G modem to it, as written in its instructions and on the box itself! And in the settings there is a 3G / 4G section. But it never picked up the e3372h-320 modem normally. Maybe the modem was not suitable. But the support service told me that the Archer C6U does not support USB modems at all. And it doesn't matter what I have written on the box. A decent item for your money. Cheating with support for USB modems. |
