the 27-inch panel with a pronounced focus on the business segment of users is stuffed to the eyeballs with everything you need for a comfortable pastime in front of the monitor screen. A key role in the design of the Philips 272B8QJEB is courtesy of a 10-bit IPS-matrix with a resolution of 2560x1440 pixels, which provides realistic colour reproduction in a range of over 1.07 billion shades.

According to other parameters, the monitor screen is “average for the ward”: the matrix response time is 5 ms, the refresh rate is 60 Hz, and the viewing angles are close to the widest possible — 178 ° horizontally and vertically. The extended set of interfaces on board the model includes VGA (D-Sub), DVI-D, DisplayPort, HDMI and a quartet of USB ports. Complement the picture built-in stereo speakers with a total sound power of 4 watts. Separate respect — stand SmartErgoBase with support for adjusting the position of the monitor in height, tilt angle and its quick flip to portrait orientation. In addition to reducing visual load during long gatherings in front of the screen, Flicker-Free backlight flicker elimination technology and a LowBlue blue filter are installed.

I like it, you can take

The colors are bright, juicy, there is no graininess, you can watch the video, run it too, everything is perfectly visible, without distortion and any jambs in the assembly, it is stable, the backlight is even, everything is really perfectly visible.
A matrix with wide viewing angles, with a fast matrix response too.
Yes, I don't know yet.

An excellent monitor for my money, I have been using it since June of this year and in general everything suits me, I am satisfied with the purchase. The monitor was bought for coding and periodic viewing of video content (movies / series / YouTube). He copes with these tasks perfectly well. At first it seemed that the diagonal would be large for work and you would have to turn your head to the sides, but I got used to it in a couple of days and now the size seems quite comfortable. Perhaps the next monitor I will take even a couple of inches more :) In Windows, I set the scaling to 125%, at 100% everything is quite small.
The brightness level is acceptable, in daylight it is usually 85-100%, and in the evening with the lights on, 60-70% is enough, without lighting, you can use the built-in LowBlue Mode to reduce eye strain
+ image quality
+ minimum glare on black (before that I took Dell 2418d, but I had to return it, because the glare was terrible)
+ eyes do not get tired during long work (flicker free), + four USB ports (two versions 2.0 and two versions 3.0), + reasonable price (bought for $240-250 with manufacturer's warranty)
+ good build quality
+ optimal diagonal for work + Quad HD resolution
- frames, although not very large, but present
– inconvenient location of ports (non-critical)
– not the most pleasant design in general. I can’t say that it’s completely bad, but there were models that were more pleasant in appearance. True, with similar characteristics, they were much more expensive at the time of purchase, so I did not see any sense in overpaying for the design
– in terms of power, the monitor does not pull the connected external hard drive to which data is periodically backed up – during copying, the monitor sometimes starts to turn off for a couple of seconds, apparently the usb hub is intended more for flash drives and peripherals such as a mouse and keyboard – the built-in speakers are of very poor quality, which is expected for such a price

great model, I really liked it

Monique as Monique. with normal color reproduction, with wide viewing angles, and the response of the matrix here is more or less, you can play, but it’s not like a gamer. The diagonal is big - I like it, it's comfortable to work and watch movies. The leg is not crooked, as is the body. Glare does not catch and backlight without spots
All good. The monitor is really not bad.
No problem
