The monitor for home and office use can be used as a standalone display or as part of a multi-monitor configuration, aided by thin bezels around the model's 23.8-inch display. It, in turn, is built on the basis of an IPS-matrix with FullHD resolution (1920x1080 pixels). The Philips 243S7EJMB screen has a brightness of 250 cd/m², a static contrast ratio of 1000:1 and viewing angles of 178° on all fronts.
The matrix response time is 5 ms (as measured by the GtG method). The model uses technology to reduce the intensity of the blue backlight (SoftBlue) and eliminate its flicker (Flicker-Free), which reduces the load on the user's eyes. The monitor stand allows you to lower the screen almost to the level of the table and optimally adjust the angle of its inclination. Additional equipment of the model includes a 4-port USB hub and two integrated speakers with a power of 2 W. To connect the model, an analogue VGA connector is used, as well as digital Display Port and HDMI interfaces.
