Pulse Extraction Process — pulse extraction technology for coffee drinks with short brewing times
A high-quality household coffee machine from a well-known Swiss company that manufactures premium quality automatic coffee makers. The manufacturer is positioned as a multifunctional model of the middle level. It is equipped with a modern digital programme control system with a 2.8-inch display, which provides for the preparation of three types of coffee (espresso, americano, ristretto) and four drinks (cappuccino, flat white, latte macchiato, hot milk whipped into foam).
An important feature of this model is the fully automatic mode for preparing coffee and milk drinks and the flexible adjustment of the volume, strength (8 positions) and temperature (2 positions) of the coffee dispensed and variations based on it. Thanks to separate milk/foam pipes, the Jura E8 can prepare not only two espressos but also two cappuccinos at the same time. The design of the machine uses a non-removable brewing unit with pre-wetting.
The built-in burr steel coffee grinder provides 6 different degrees of grinding, and the unique proprietary PEP (Pulse Extraction Process) pulsed extraction technology is used during the brewing process, ensuring that the optimal degree of extraction is achieved. The machine has a stylish design, which at one time received the prestigious Reddot Award 2016. The cleanliness and perfect hygienic condition of the coffee maker is easy to maintain thanks to the built-in cleaning and rinsing modes that start at the touch of a button.
