Aurora AU 3140 white

Small-sized household-class filter coffee maker, designed for the simultaneous preparation of two cups of Americano coffee, with a volume of 125 mL each. Designed for use with pre-ground coffee, which is loaded into a plastic filter, the walls of which are made of mesh based on durable and high-strength polyamide fiber. The brewing process in this machine is carried out at atmospheric pressure (no pump) and at a temperature of about 90 °C.

Hot water is filtered in frequent drops (the thinnest stream) through a layer of ground coffee beans, ensuring the extraction of coffee oils and aromatic substances. In terms of strength and tonic effect, such a drink is inferior to oriental coffee (in Turkish) and espresso (rapid extraction at high temperature under pressure), but it has a mild taste that is acceptable to most users.

Thanks to the design features, the Aurora AU 3140 coffee maker is capable of preparing up to 250 mL of high-quality Americano in one cycle of operation (in total, in two separate cups). Aroma, taste and caffeine content in such coffee depend on the variety of beans and the degree of grinding during grinding. Best results are obtained by brewing conical or burr grinders that provide a uniform particle size. The coffee maker is made of plastic and has a simple mechanical control.
