The VP Gamer series from Gamemax includes perhaps the most affordable branded power supplies on the market. The circuit design here is the simplest, the set of protections is basic, they saved money on quality certificates, but the price tags are nowhere lower. As the manufacturer notes, 80+ Bronze or Gold certification costs money, so manufacturers of budget products prefer to stand aside, naming the efficiency for each specific model and using the basic 80+ marking.

In total, the VP Gamer series released 3 power supplies with a large selection of powers, which are built on a common platform and practically do not differ from each other in terms of circuit design, protection equipment and available connectors. So first the regular VP Gamer power supply unit with a fixed cable system went on sale, a few months later the model range was diluted with the VP Gamer RGB with simple backlighting, and a little later the picture was completed by the VP Gamer Modular power supply unit with RGB backlighting, modular wires and an increased power limit. Unlike the original model, both backlit versions also support a quiet semi-passive operation mode in which the power supply uses a built-in heat exchanger to dissipate heat.

As for the choice of power, literally any options are actively presented in stores, from basic 450-watt power supplies to powerful 800-watt models. Models rated at 450 - 500 W are sufficient to power office and home PCs, as well as inexpensive gaming builds. While power supplies with a power of 750 - 800 W are capable of powering a fairly powerful work or gaming system with a Ryzen 7/Core i7 processor and a video card of the caliber GeForce RTX 4070 Ti or even RTX 4080. The manufacturer provides a 1-year warranty for all devices in this series.
