Having achieved some success in the market of inexpensive mechanical keyboards, the Ukrainian manufacturer Hator was able to raise the stakes and design a truly serious mechanical keyboard that will not be inferior to esports counterparts from conditional Razer, HyperX or SteelSeries. As you probably guessed, the result of painstaking work was the Skyfall series of keyboards with the well-deserved Pro prefix in the title.

In total, 3 Skyfall modifications have been released on the network, among which the usual Skyfall Pro with a compact TKL case and the modified Skyfall Pro Wireless with a combined connection (Bluetooth, radio and wire) are of the greatest interest. Both are equipped with red Kailh switches (note: there are modifications with Brown switches), support NKRO, anti-ghosting and are equipped with controlled RGB backlighting. There was also an ultra-compact Skyfall HEX with a combined connection and Gateron switches, but the manufacturer is gradually withdrawing it from use,

So what is the coolness of this series and why so many delights? This is where the devil is in the details. With such a consideration of any Skyfall, one gets the strong impression that it was created for experienced players who will immediately notice any falseness and flaws. The base is made of metal, the front cover is made of matte plastic with an unusual mint or purple tint. Noise-insulating silicone is blown between the metal base and the printed circuit board.

Skyfall Pro's custom RGB backlit keys support multiple brightness levels and 6 lighting effects. In addition to the keys, the side panels are highlighted. The thick braided cable can be detached and replaced if necessary. The stabilizers of the large buttons are well lubricated, do not warp or rattle when pressed. The keycaps are made using the double casting method, the characters are laser engraved. Both the keys and the switches themselves support hot swapping, so if desired, the user can carry out a small or total customization.
