The body and lower part of the device are made of high-quality enamelled structural steel. Like many models of this design, this machine is equipped with a simple electromechanical control, and access to the mode and backlight switches opens after the front section is extended. Three speeds of rotation of the centrifugal fan are available. The first (relatively quiet) is suitable for removing fumes from one or two working burners, and the more performant second will help to cope with the active boiling of several pots at once. In addition to exhausting air outside the room, the hood can operate in recirculation mode (passing through an active carbon filter that absorbs odours).
