We bought such a boiler for heating a small sports complex. Works for two small gyms plus changing rooms and showers with a total area of about 300 square meters. I specifically wanted to purchase a modern boiler that uses the heat of condensation of water vapor from the products of gas combustion. According to conservative estimates, thanks to this boiler, we save about $ 70-80 per month on gas. Not bad, agree. Good automation, which accurately fulfills the set temperature. It controls the amount of gas and air supplied to the burner, and the boiler continues to work even at low pressure in the gas line. Safe. There are many protective systems for all occasions. Expensive. There was even an idea to buy something simpler, but drove it away in time. Now I understand that the money was not spent in vain - one saving on gas is worth something. Without a voltage stabilizer, it turned off from time to time. They measured it, it turned out that the voltage sank to 160-170 volts.
