Floor single-circuit gas heating boiler of medium power (18 kW). It is positioned as a product of the initial price category, intended for organizing heating of residential, communal and industrial premises with an area of up to 144 m². (heated volume up to 540 cubic metres), which are equipped with a system with forced or natural circulation of the coolant. It has an open combustion chamber, so it must be installed in separate boiler rooms.

For normal operation in such a room, a free air supply must be organized, and the TermoBar KS-G-18DS boiler itself imposes a number of mandatory requirements for the geometry of the chimney system, which provides stable natural draft, which completely removes hazardous gas combustion products. It can be used in boiler rooms of modular type. Equipped with low-flame sectional burners made of high-quality stainless steel and creating the so-called "carpet flame". The uniquely designed convective heat exchanger provides high heating performance in a relatively compact footprint. The nominal operating pressure range allows the device to be installed in any heating complexes, both with and without circulation pumps. The Italian security system EuroSIT 630 prevents emergencies associated with overheating, flameout or lack of traction.
