If you overheat the water or pump it through the grind too slowly, too much bitterness will end up in strong coffee. This is especially important for preparing ristretto. The extraction time should generally not exceed 15-20 seconds, during which the most aromatic fractions of the coffee powder components pass into the water. So this machine makes ristretto at the level of a good barista class, which is good news. This machine is made in Slovenia and is assembled to a very high quality. It is strong, powerful, spacious and hopefully durable. In any case, there is a long official guarantee and there is nothing to worry about in the first couple of years. "Hippopotamus" dimensions. Very high price. For $1,300 you can now buy an old running car, but here you have that kind of money for a coffee maker.
