The Samsung dishwasher is available in two control panel colours: stainless steel and white. Thanks to this feature, you can choose a model that will be better combined with a kitchen set or other built-in appliances.

Variety of modes and functions

Samsung DW-60M6040 supports six work programs. Among them are hygienic treatment at a temperature of 70 degrees, delicate, intensive, economical, fast (60 minutes) and automatic mode. In the latter, the water purity sensor itself sets the temperature and other parameters to get rid of contaminants.

Additionally, the dishwasher has a delay start (1 – 24 hours), pre-rinsing and the Half Load function, with which you can wash a small amount of dishes by placing them in the lower basket.

The total capacity of the dishwasher is 13 place settings. The working chamber is divided by 2 main baskets. There is a separate box for cutlery, and special holders for cups and glasses.

Convenient management

On the front side of the Samsung DW-60M6040 is a control panel with buttons and a touch screen. The selected programs are displayed on the screen, and in the course of their execution there is a countdown of the time to completion. Indicators will tell you about the lack of salt and rinse aid. The control panel can be locked for child protection.

Economical and quiet device

The dishwasher consumes from 10.5 liters of water and 0.93 kW of electricity per wash cycle (for a year it will be 266 kW, which corresponds to class A ++). During operation, the device does not create acoustic discomfort: the maximum noise level is 44 dB.

The disadvantages of Samsung DW-60M6040 users include the overall quality of conditioning drying. In most cases, the dishes are still wet after the end of the cycle and require additional wiping. Otherwise, the model deserves attention and is an interesting competitor to traditional market leaders in dishwashers from Bosch, Siemens and Electrolux.
