In practice, this allows you to cook a full-fledged jelly for only 80-90 minutes. Yes, yes, aspic can be cooked more than twice as fast, and that's not all. You can also boil carrots and beets for vinaigrette very quickly, peas and beans boil literally to smithereens in just 30-40 minutes. But most of all, the effect of a pressure cooker affects corn, where the difference in time comes out almost three times. The machine has a large and well-walled 1.8 mm aluminium bowl with a Teflon non-stick coating. The control system provides as many as 17 programs. Of the useful ones, I can name cereals, legumes, separate programs for cooking chicken and pork / beef. I also use the steam function.
