The Ricoh MFP is designed for medium to large workgroups. In the brand line of the manufacturer among monochrome devices A4, the model is one of the older solutions. In addition to laser printing with a resolution of 1200x1200 dpi, documents are scanned and copied, as well as sending and receiving fax messages (fax with 320 pages of memory). The Ricoh IM 550F all-in-one is ready for long, trouble-free operation without the need to replace consumables, with a toner yield of up to 25,500 pages.

High performance (up to 55 ppm for printing and copying) is complemented by readiness for large volumes of work (peak monthly loads up to 250,000 prints). The 50-sheet duplex automatic document feeder is capable of digitizing documents from both sides in one pass, and the resulting files can be uploaded both to the built-in hard drive (capacity 320 GB) and to cloud storage, such as DropBox. Other pluses of the model include a large touch control panel (10-inch colour screen) and a variety of connection interfaces, including support for Bluetooth, NFC and AirPrint wireless technologies.
