A solid mid-range smartphone in a glass and aluminium case that allows you to use most of the functions that are in demand today without the slightest hint of lag and slowing down the interface. The key to the fast performance of the model is a performant electronic “hardware” with a Snapdragon 710 chip at the head and a “clean” Android 9 Pie system distributed as part of the Android One programme.

The front panel of Nokia 8.1 meets the user with a 6.18-inch FullHD + (2246x1080 pixels) screen with a wide drop-down “notch”. The model needed a cutout at the top of the display in order to accommodate the earpiece and a 20 MP selfie camera. The "chip" of the front photographic sensor is the ability to combine four pixels into one to obtain high-quality self-portraits in low light conditions. A set of 12 + 13 MP cameras from the rear is flavored with an artificial intelligence system and Zeiss optics. A 13 MP auxiliary photomodule is used as part of the main camera to draw spectacular bokeh. In addition, the smartphone is armed with an NFC chip, a dual-band Wi-Fi module and supports the technology of fast “refueling” of 3500 mAh battery tanks.

The device is really good. I use - no complaints. The only thing, yes, at the expense of the speaker - the sound is deaf and a little slurred. But almost all the time I sit in the headphones, and enough for a ringtone / alarm clock. NFC is also a very important criterion. Camera - I'm more than happy with it. 12mp, but from Zeiss, do their job. Pictures are obtained with good detail, color reproduction, and if you turn on the PRO mode and set the parameters yourself, then there will be no price for it. The processor and RAM are enough for all everyday tasks with a head. If there is not enough memory, you can buy a microSD. Material - only because of it you can already take it. Those who like glass-metal, please. Fans of throwing phones on the ground - it is better to buy a case.
Updates from Google arrive once a month. I think that Android Q will arrive on Nokia along with Pixels.

Conclusion, I did not feel redmi7, they are not here (Ingolstadt), but for my needs, with a head and a cap. I sinned, I installed tanks. At maximum speeds 25-40 fps, it depends on the picture. I don't play games, navigation, YouTube, browsers, books. Homeless package, so to speak))) the camera is also bypassed, the one here is completely satisfied, at night, yes, only in the pro mode you can do something intelligible.
Who to take:
- lovers of good assembly and materials who are not stubborn about filming everything, including themselves (although a 20mp selfie seems to be gut), not gamers and without shaking hands))
- a phone in all respects (IMHO) a pre-high-top middle class)) I'll come home, I'll feel the redmi for the scrotum .. uh for the case)). Therefore, neat people with requests as to the working unit will be satisfied, I guarantee))
- lovers of Nokia and admirers of the good old days))
- and just for those who are pleased with non-standard at least a little))

I bought it in Germany, 378 €, without cashback and other things, now I'm looking for a case)) In order:
- for three years I went with xiaomi redmi note 3 pro se (yes, I know, a pervert))) the phone is fire, but I wanted innovations and tortured nostalgia) chose between Sony Xperia XA2 Plus, Gnusmas A 50, Huawei p20 lite and this unit .. 7 more intermediate telephones, I don't remember. He took it in his hands and did not let go until they brought a new one, in a package, he lay down in his hand
- view. Yes, it's the looks. Unlike iPhone clones, the eyebrows are hidden by a shell from the box without the ability to display, the back, as for me, is generally gorgeous
- tactile sensations. I felt about a dozen smartphones while choosing, this one and Sonya xa2 are pleasant in the hand, the rest .... As if soap dishes feel ...
- shell. Yes, after miyuay it is rather poor, but for myself, I found everything I needed, without dancing with a tambourine and ... Oh, mein goth !!!! Messengers are not stupid and messages do not delay, are not unloaded and browsers are not reloaded when minimized even after a day (Boat und Via) In general, as long as a naked android does not annoy and pleases, I will not be afraid of this word))
- battery. After 4050, xiaomi got a little tense, there was 6 hours of the screen with the Internet, here ... Everything was in a bunch, after 6 hours with again 45-50 percent of the mobile Internet, which is good news. An attempt to kill the battery to zero, of course, was a success, 9h27 min of the screen with not the best coverage, the Internet was always reconnecting, there is no screen, take my word for it.
- camera. And yes, the stub decides and the matrix itself is not bad

- there were not enough characters in abundance to finish))
- the body is slippery, without a cover it always crawls somewhere ...
- there is not enough quick access to some android functions. After miyuay it’s already a habit, but here I also think it’s a matter of time
- if you insert the charge by touch (type c, by the way), then I vanguy, after a while the aluminum frame will be all in Kotska, definitely. It falls gently and smoothly, like the first time))
- glass. God forbid asphalt or tile, I think the result is clear)
- infuriates Google Assistant, I'm looking for how to remove / disable. I’ll smoke 4pda for the weekend, because it’s Bixby without a button))
