Differs from the OmniTIK 5 ac model in the presence of outputs with PoE support.

Powerful dual-band AC900 class access point for outdoor installation. It works only in the 5 GHz band, supports the Wi-Fi 5 standard (802.11a/n/ac), has the ability to supply power using Power-Over-Ethernet (PoE) technology. Has a stylish exterior design. The optimized case design allows the access point to operate at temperatures from -40 to +70 °C. Protected against rain, snow, fog and condensation.

Inside the waterproof housing are two omnidirectional antennas with a gain of 7.5 dBi, which allow you to expand the coverage area and improve the quality of signal reception. Perfectly suited for the role of the basis of the base station. It has a powerful transmitter (up to 1300 mW) providing a large coverage area. For an incoming connection, a GbE WAN port with a bandwidth of up to 1 Gbps is provided.

Four more LAN ports can be used to create a local area network. In addition, the MikroTik OmniTIK 5 PoE ac access point is equipped with a USB 2.0 port, which can be used to connect 3G/4G/LTE USB modems. Thanks to the proprietary RouterOS operating system with a Level 4 license, the user has access to many fine-tuning settings that are in demand by advanced IT specialists. This access point can be used to deploy a high-speed Wi-Fi network in the summer area of a cafe/restaurant, in the yard of a large private house or in a small park.
