AC1300 class dual-band multifunctional Internet centre with support for Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac) wireless networks and four Gigabit Ethernet Gigabit LAN ports. The manufacturer is positioning itself as a mid-range wireless router of 2019, capable of supporting high-speed data transmission “over the air” with MU-MIMO technology in two bands (2.4 and 5 GHz) at once. Focused on use in a home / apartment, it will be useful in a small office with a cable connection to the global network at speeds up to 1 Gbps.
The hardware basis of the device was the MediaTek MT7621AT dual-core MIPS processor (frequency up to 880 MHz), which works in conjunction with the MT7615D Wi-Fi module. Thanks to this configuration and four external antennas with a gain of 5 dBi, the Keenetic Viva KN-1910 router provides an impressive area of stable wireless coverage. According to the manufacturer, it is capable of supporting data transfer rates in the 2.4 GHz band up to 400 Mbps, and in the 5 GHz band up to 867 Mbps. This is quite enough for any home tasks (including IPTV/SmartTV streaming, cloud services, gaming, high-definition video communication, etc.). Provides high speed VPN traffic routing (L2TP/PPTP up to 800 Mbps). Due to the presence of two USB ports, it can connect to the network using 3G / 4G (LTE) modems.

The router belongs to the AC1300 class, that is, its maximum throughput on both channels can reach almost 1300 Mbps. Keenetic says that this design provides higher sensitivity compared to the classic antennas of conventional routers. Proprietary KeeneticOS firmware with a modular interface
Perhaps the main charm of the router lies in the many small and useful functions (IPsec, load balancing, line redundancy, etc.) that can be configured in our favorite KeeneticOS shell.
