A more versatile 4-in-1 monochrome laser multifunctional that is a practical A4 office combine capable of handling the functions of a high-performance B/W laser printer with automatic two-sided printing, a flatbed scanner with an automatic document feeder and a copier with fast zoom capability. Guarantees high speed printing and copying (28 ppm), displays the first page in just 6.6 seconds.
It is positioned by the manufacturer as an affordable product of the middle price category, designed to serve the needs of small workgroups. The HP LaserJet Pro M227FDN MFP delivers traditional Hewlett-Packard print quality (up to 1200x1200 dpi) and is capable of handling large output volumes. It can be used as a local device connected to the USB 2.0 interface, or as an independent network device integrated into the Fast Ethernet network using the built-in adapter. For printing from mobile gadgets, HP ePrint, AirPrint, Google Cloud Print 2.0 cloud output technologies are supported. CIS-scanner provides optical resolution up to 1200x1200 dpi.

In the office, an elderly Canon MFP finally broke down and, frankly, everyone breathed a sigh of relief and I was most pleased. You have no idea how much he exhausted the nerves. It broke the paper feed mechanism from the tray three times, and after each repair it worked normally for no more than a month. Can you imagine the beauty of printing multi-page documents in manual feed mode? In general, I took this device from HP to replace it. In principle, Canon also makes such equipment for HP, but this is a different generation and a device of a higher class. A good office machine with a decent maximum monthly print resource. We usually have about 2.5-3 thousand pages through it per month, and it is designed for peak 30 thousand. So the margin of safety is very decent, even if you think that the figure of 30 thousand is initially overestimated by the manufacturer (and manufacturers like to do this). Very pleased with the high print speed reaching 26-28 pages per minute. Just the other day, I was printing inventory sheets and specially noted the time: the first page came out in about 7 seconds, and the last 121st page of the document saw the light shortly before the end of the fifth minute of the stopwatch. There is a convenient paper feed system consisting of two trays: a main tray for 250 sheets and a small priority feed tray for 10 sheets, useful when you need to print something on the back. However, this MFP supports automatic two-sided printing, so this need does not arise often. Works as a network in a workgroup, but can connect to individual desktops via USB. The flatbed scanner is normal, of average quality, suitable for documents. The cartridge that is included in the delivery contains only 1600 copies of toner, which is not even funny for an office machine. I bought two increased capacity for 3200 each and give it to the gas station, which costs 350 hryvnia by bank transfer. Not cheap, but the cartridge is chipped, I won't service it myself. |
