Multifunctional assistant

The Gorenje oven introduced in 2021 can be classified as an advanced solution. The model is equipped with a 71-litre HomeMade Plus vaulted chamber, reminiscent of classic wood-burning stoves. Users are offered 11 modes, including such non-standard ones as WarmPlate heating dishes or StayWarm keeping warm. In cycles with convection, the energy consumption will not exceed 0.7 kWh (class A+).

Gorenje Superior BOP 798 S37 BG is suitable for cooking yogurt (at low temperatures), cooking classic pizza (maximum temperature 300 °C) and can easily replace a fruit dryer, as it has the appropriate function.

Another feature of the oven is the abundance of auto programs. A book with 80 recipes is built into the “brain” of the device, for which it is enough to indicate only the weight of the products.

Intuitive controls and easy maintenance

The variety of modes and functions does not run counter to the ease of operation. There is one rotary switch and a touch panel with a ProCook TFT colour display. With their help, it is easy to set the required parameters, set the timer or activate the child lock.

SilverMatte enamel is applied to the inner walls of the oven. It is a smooth, non-porous coating that is not prone to active accumulation of contaminants. In addition, the enamel is not afraid of heating, up to 500 °C, and this is important in light of the device's support for high-temperature pyrolytic cleaning. At the start of the respective service cycle, all impurities turn into ash and are removed without the use of detergents.

Cool hardware

Together with the model, a pair of baking sheets (deep and shallow) and a grill grate are proposed, and on two levels of the chamber there are fully retractable telescopic rails. Other features include the GentleClose auto-closer and the UltraCoolDoorQuadro+. The latter has 4 glasses and 2 additional thermal layers designed to reduce front heating.
