Electric induction hob with AreaFlex function for combining burners, automatic boiling and touch surface. It is positioned as a top mid-range product with enhanced functionality, designed to be integrated into modern kitchen furniture solutions. Equipped with a high-quality scratch-resistant glass-ceramic desktop and a convenient Groove electronic touch control system with a proprietary SliderTouch sensor.
It differs from the available models by supporting numerous additional technologies. The PowerBoost function allows you to boost the maximum heat output of any of the four heating zones of the Gorenje IS 646 BG hob by up to 40% for 10 minutes. The TimeAssist multi-timer allows you to track the cooking time and automatically turn off the heating of individual burners. The IQboil function heats the water as quickly as possible to a boil, and then automatically reduces the power to prevent excess evaporation. Moderate heating (StayWarm) maintains the temperature of food at an optimal level (about 70 °C). The IQsimmer function independently selects the heat output for slow cooking for many hours, which helps with dishes such as goulash or roasts. Using the IQgrill with doneness control prevents charring.
