Fabiano FBO 230 Lux

A fairly advanced and convenient electric oven for everyday use with great functionality and a stylish finish. The minimum heating temperature for this model is only 25 °C. The starting temperature is ideal for proofing dough and fermenting yoghurt; a separate mode is provided for these tasks. To increase heating efficiency, air convection is used - a directed flow of hot air affects products from all sides, increasing the speed and improving the quality of heat treatment.

The built-in oven Fabiano FBO 230 Lux does not require careful maintenance of the roaster. The internal coating based on catalytic protection allows the heating chamber to self-clean from grease deposits. Crystal Clean enamel is easy to clean with simple detergents. This oven uses a door leaf with a Soft Close closer, thanks to which the door will not slam when closing, while ensuring good pressure on the leaf. A combination of smooth tempered glass and stainless steel is used for the exterior cladding. On the glossy facade there is a touch control unit. Additionally, the control panel has two rotary handles that can be pressed into the façade trim. The oven uses quite powerful heating, 2.9 kW.
