Bought this electric oven because my gas oven was disgusting. The dough warmed up unevenly and in order to achieve a more or less decent result, it was necessary to take out the baking sheet in a mandatory order and insert it with the back side. And to do it right in the operating mode, at full temperature, is not very pleasant, and simply dangerous. But here, thanks to the fan, there are almost no such problems. Compared to the old oven, cooking has become much more convenient and faster. There is convection, which during baking equalizes the temperature in the entire volume and the dough is baked evenly. Convenient electronic control allows you to select the desired mode, set the optimum temperature and set the timer to turn off. I especially liked the last moment, it's one thing when the timer just beeps and you still need to turn it off manually and quite another when it works by itself. It looks very nice, we can say that it has become one of the decorations of my new kitchen. At the first attempts to cook something, there was a noticeable smell of overheated plastic. I thought about contacting the service, but after working through the empty oven four times, the smell went away. I read in the advertisement that you can bake at different levels at the same time and everything will be perfectly baked. This is not so, do not repeat my mistakes, just translate the products, good pastries are obtained only on one level and that is, there is a slight unevenness on the left and right. The grill seems to do the job, but you have to hold it longer, so it could be more powerful. |
