Specialized non-standard motherboard for building mining systems with numerous video cards. Based on the Intel B250 mid-range chipset. Compatible with 6th and 7th generation Intel Core i3/i5/i7/Pentium/Celeron processors with Skylake and Kaby Lake microarchitecture. It has a non-standard size (485x195 mm) and an unusual layout, the main feature of which is eight full-size PCI Express x16 slots (the top one works in x16 mode, the other seven - x1).
The distances between the slots are chosen in such a way as to ensure normal air circulation, provided that video cards with a two-slot cooling system are used. To supply power to the board itself, the processor and PCI-E connectors, 16 six-pin PCI-E Power connectors and one 4-pin ATX12V connector are used. Thus, due to the design features and affordable cost, the Colorful C.B250A-BTC PLUS V20 motherboard can become an excellent basis for creating systems designed to perform cryptocurrency calculations on the GPU. It has one SO-DIMM DDR4-2400/2133 slot, a SATA3 6Gb/s port, and an mSATA connector. In addition, there is an HDMI 1.4 video output, a gigabit network controller and two USB 2.0 ports.
