A4 color inkjet multifunction device from a leading Japanese manufacturer of equipment for personal and office printing. It is a combination of a color inkjet printer, flatbed CIS scanner and copier in one relatively compact package. Positioned as a product in the mid-price category in 2023. The key feature of this model was the standard continuous ink supply system. It provides a more than impressive print volume (up to 6,000 pages in black and white and up to 7,000 pages in color), which provides a significant reduction in the cost of prints compared to printers equipped with print head cartridges.

Thanks to the use of modern proprietary inkjet printing technology, the Canon PIXMA G2430 MFP is capable of outputting photorealistic full-color graphics and printing borderless photographs (special paper is required for high-quality photo printing). Monochrome document printing, which can be performed at speeds of up to 11 ppm, also deserves high praise. The built-in flatbed CIS scanner has a maximum optical resolution of 600x1200 dpi and makes it possible to quickly copy color and b/w images. The MFP is well suited to work with a wide range of paper weights, from thin (75 g/m²) to photo paper (256 g/m²). Connection to a PC or laptop is made via USB 2.0 interface.
