Oven Bosch CBG 635BS3

A compact oven from the Bosch Serie 8 series of premium devices. The model is oversized, has a volume of 47 liters, does not require much space for embedding and is perfect for a family of several people and a small kitchen. However, it allows you to cook several dishes at the same time at different levels, while 4D True Fan Cooking technology evenly distributes heat throughout the interior, and the food does not burn on one side and does not remain raw on the other.

In total, there are 13 heating functions to choose from, including grill, defrost and keep warm, as well as 10 automatic programs for cooking traditional dishes. You only need to load the workpiece into the oven, specify its weight and select a programme, after which the device will automatically select the optimal settings (mode, temperature and cooking time) and turn off the heating after the specified time has elapsed.

Management at Bosch CBG 635BS3 falls on the shoulders of the swivel ring and the touch panel, and all the necessary information about the selected mode, temperature and time is displayed on the TFT display. Also worth noting is the child protection function, the door with the SoftClose mechanism, which opens and closes it gently, without sudden movements and loud sounds, and EcoClean Direct catalytic self-cleaning. The latter allows you to keep the oven clean thanks to a special coating of ceramic microparticles on the back wall, which breaks down drops of fat deposited during baking.

The high-quality compact oven Bosch CBG 635BS3 has advanced operating modes and allows you to create masterpieces of haute cuisine at home. You no longer need to think about burnt food on one side and half-baked food on the other, since the oven supports 4D Convection technology. The air flow is evenly distributed in all directions, which allows you to bake simultaneously on several levels, saving time and energy resources. The AutoPilot 10 software package eliminates manual intervention and fully automates the preparation of dishes.

Small solutions for big plans

Compact dimensions (height 46 cm) make it easy to integrate the hood not only under the countertop, but also into other kitchen furniture, pre-prepared niches or frames. The chamber is cleaned automatically by the EcoClean Direct system. The ceramic inner coating effectively breaks down fats and prevents dirt from accumulating on the walls. At maximum load, the oven consumes no more than 3 kW (class A+), so it will not cause problems with in-house wiring. The built-in SoftClose auto-closer makes closing the door as soft, silent and safe as possible, eliminating damage to glass and hands. Only grates are provided for placing baking sheets; unfortunately, there are no telescopic guides.
