Built-in automation
The software arsenal of the device has 3 fan speed control modes, supported by an intensive odour removal programme. The hood can switch between them automatically, relying on data from the ASC sensor — a sensor for analyzing the composition of the air for the presence of burning, fumes, etc. in it.
Diversion and recycling
The device is connected to air ducts with a diameter of 150 mm. The Best CHEF T-line 1100 IX 60 is equipped with a pair of aluminium alloy grease filters. Afterwards, it is possible to install an additional carbon filter to adsorb unpleasant odours. Together with the “angle”, the hood can operate in air recirculation mode.
