I love to cook and know how to do it well. There is still enough time for this, too, for half a year now, since my son went to kindergarten, and I work at home, remotely, in the main one. But in order to cook deliciously, you need good kitchen appliances. This applies to the hob and especially the oven. In our apartment there was a Belarusian gas stove about 15 years old. The stove is not bad with electric ignition, but with a gas oven. This is not the most convenient option, and the housewives who have dealt with old gas ovens understand me well. There was a thermostat in it, but rather conditional, the temperature fluctuated and any opening of the door threatened the same baking with a catastrophe. And I had to open the door, because nothing could be seen through its painted glass, even with the backlight. In addition, the far part of the baking sheet always warmed up better than the front, which also interfered a lot. In general, I persuaded my husband and last year we radically updated the kitchen. Instead of the old gas stove, we now have a separate hob and this electric oven. For me, it's just a holiday. Compared to the previous gas oven, this is just heaven and earth, it warms up and bakes almost perfectly. If you definitely hit with the regime and temperature, then it remains only to carefully monitor the time. By the way, it can be accurately set on an electronic timer, which can turn the oven on and off according to a given programme. There are no problems with lighting, everything is visible through the double glazing of the door and in detail. I cook sweet pastries, biscuits, homemade cookies, even baked tin bread - everything turns out 10 out of 10. My son really likes homemade goodies and my husband eats pies with pleasure. In addition, we regularly bake meat, in this oven it can be cooked using grill and convection. At the same time, the crust is delicious, and the meat is juicy and fragrant. You can clean it the old fashioned way, or you can use the pyrolytic method. Still it is impossible to say that the oven itself is very stylish and beautiful. Pyrolytic cleaning is always not a very pleasant smell. Of course, I turned on the hood to the full, but it is still felt for a long time. So I often clean it the old fashioned way, the enamel allows it. |
