As the name suggests, this model is an updated version of the Paperwhite reader. It has almost all the distinctive features of the original: a 6" display with a resolution of 1024x768, complemented by a multi-touch sensor and a backlight system, a built-in Wi-Fi module, 2 GB of memory on board without support for removable cards, work with AZW / AZW3, TXT, PDF formats , MOBI and PRC without conversion and most of the popular ones — through a converter.At the same time, the mentioned screen received an improved backlight and an advanced eInk Carta type matrix, the processor became noticeably more powerful, and integration with social networks was added to the software part.
